Custom Football Jersey Nameplate

You can add your name, or your favorite player’s name.

Size is in inches. If you are replacing an existing nameplate, measure the length of your current nameplate, and choose the next full size up (a 12.5 in. nameplate should be covered by a 13 in. nameplate). If the name you need is longer than the nameplate, we’ll use a larger plate for your name.

Size is in inches. Measure the height of the lettering you want to replace, and choose the nearest lettering height. A rule of thumb is most youth and smaller ladies jerseys have 2 inch lettering. Newer adult unisex jerseys use 2.5 inch lettering, and some larger ladies jerseys do as well. Older jerseys and those made to fit over pads will *usually* have 3 inch lettering.

This is the topmost color of the lettering, the main color of the letters.

This is the outline color of the lettering, just under the top lettering.
*If you don’t want a middle color select “None”.

Don’t have time, the interest or a good person to sew your nameplate on? Send your jersey to us and we’ll remove the nameplate, sew on your new nameplate and then ship it back. You pay to ship it to us, and we’ll pay to ship it back.

Note: Available if you are Sending us your jersey. We do not sell extra patches, but we will sew them on if you mail it in with your jersey. Please let us know the location in the order notes; we will contact you if we have any questions.

When adding Rush, turnaround on nameplates is within 7 business days. Rush for Jerseys that are sent in will be completed in 7 business days from the date we receive your jersey. Rush must be paid on each item, otherwise we will just rush the single item you paid rush on. Please note, Full Service Nameplate Replacement might not be able to be rushed. Contact us prior to ordering to verify we have fabric in stock for your jersey.
