Custom Jersey Nameplate

Measurements are in inches. These are minimum widths, name plates maybe longer since that’s dictated by the number of characters. Names cannot be longer than 14″. Nameplates are trimmed at 3/8″ normally, if you need a specific height and width, you can also note that in the order notes.

This is the topmost color of the lettering, the main color of the letters.

This is the middle color of the lettering, just under the top lettering.
*If you don’t want a middle color select “None”,

This is the bottom color of the lettering, or the outer-most outline.
*If you don’t want a bottom color, select “None”.

Don’t have time, the interest or a good person to sew your nameplate on? Send your jersey to us and we’ll remove the nameplate, sew on your new nameplate and then ship it back. You pay to ship it to us, and we’ll pay to ship it back.

Have a patch you want sewn onto your jersey along with the nameplate? We can do that!

Note: Only available if you are sending us your jersey. We do not sell extra patches, but we will sew them on if you mail them in with your jersey. Please let us know the location in the order notes; we will contact you if we have any questions.

When adding Rush, turnaround on nameplates is within 7 business days. Rush for Jerseys that are sent in will be completed in 7 business days from the date we receive your jersey. Rush must be paid on each item, otherwise we will just rush the single item you paid rush on. Please note, Full Service Nameplate Replacement might not be able to be rushed. Contact us prior to ordering to verify we have fabric in stock for your jersey.
