How to apply your nameplate

If you have a different jersey color contact us and we’ll let you know if we can help.

What name do you need? *

You can also add your name, or your favorite player’s name.

Nameplate length *

Size is in inches. If you are replacing an existing nameplate, measure the length of your current nameplate, and choose the next full size up (a 12.5 in. nameplate should be covered by a 13 in. nameplate).

Send us your jersey? *

Don’t have time, the interest or a good person to sew your nameplate on? Send your jersey to us and we’ll remove the nameplate, sew on your new nameplate and then ship it back. You pay to ship it to us, and we’ll pay to ship it back.
